How can I transfer my desktop itunes library into laptop?

i think those are the only methods that i know of. the first method i posted will work for most ipods but i have tried it for an ipod touch but since it does not have enable disck drive option i had to set up a network with my computer and laptop since i did not want to put the music on a cd,dvd or flash drive.
now it's even easier to do than before! Just turn on home sharing if you have itunes 9.



Open iTunes on your desktop computer, turn on home sharing, it will ask you for your apple ID and password, follow the instructions.



Now go to your laptop, open iTunes and turn on home sharing too, use the same apple ID and password, on the sidebar ur gonna see your other library , click on it and all your music will show up, now just drag everyrthing to your new library.
