How do i get my old Ipod library on my new Ipod?

Just got a new Ipod Touch (3rd gen) had an older ipod is it as simple as just pluggin in my new Ipod Touch and it'll sync up with my old library w/o losing songs?How do i get my old Ipod library on my new Ipod?
Yes just plug in your iPod to iTunes and it should sync all your music from the iTunes library to your new iPod Touch.



and for the record its not a 3rd Generation iPod Touch. its still 2nd Generation iPod Touch, with new software.
yea u plug it in and then u have to register it. it will ask y u got the new ipod and choose the one that says to replace an old one, but ur old one will still work on itHow do i get my old Ipod library on my new Ipod?
