there are a few legal libraries on-line such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
there is NO reason to try and download an entire library onto a single computer, laptop or desktop.........Is it possible to download a lawyers legal library onto a laptop computer for a lawyer to look up information?
Yes. It maybe costly.
