Is it possible to transfer my iTunes library?

I just got a new laptop and I was wondering how I would go about putting my iTunes library from the old computer onto the new one. It's not really a problem with all my other music but I also have 1367 purchased items and that kinda blows if I can't put all of that on my new one. If I can't then what should I do besides putting them on cd's and transfering them that way? And if I just plug in my iPod to the new computer will it automatically work?Is it possible to transfer my iTunes library?
Just copy them, then get your new computer licensed at I-tunes.

You have have more than one compter licensed (I think 5, but don't hold me to that). I know I have two laptops and a desktop licensed. Is it possible to transfer my iTunes library?
There are several commercial programs available that will transfer your I-Pod to a new computer. They run about $20 and are readily available at Best Buy; Office Depot; Office Max; Target, etc

Go to Program Files, copy the Itunes folder to a removable drive, go to your new computer then you copy and paste it in the programfiles.
Do you own a Mac or a PC?
