How do I get my original itunes library back?

My laptop crashed and had to be rebooted with the recovery disk. When I plug in my ipod the library is empty. Is there a way to get my songs off my ipod and back on my computer??How do I get my original itunes library back?
You're in luck! Try this: http://www.floola.com/ This will bring the library from any iPod directly up on your computer. Make sure iTunes is closed before you open Floola. Once your library is open, just drag it into a new folder you have made on your desktop. Then close Floola, restore (erase) your ipod, and then drag the folder into your itunes. Once you re-sync your ipod, it will be back to the way it was before your computer crashed. Enjoy!
Is everything from your PC gone? Did you do a total restore? There are ways to take it off your iPod, just ues Google. How do I get my original itunes library back?
Nope, no way to get it back unless you had moved the library to an external device before you recovered your computer. A recovery disk completly deletes everything off your computer and resets the computer to all stock settings as if it came out of the box. Unless you had your i tunes library out of the box, im affraid there gone. Sorry :(
Most likely, you might just have to download the song again and they will just tell you that the download will be free because you had already purchased it.

Be sure to use the same Acct that you used to buy the songs.

This usually happens to my iPhone when i purchase an app that i have previously deleted. Apple tells me that the download is free because i have purchased it in the past with the acct i have. How do I get my original itunes library back?

You have probably Sync your iPod with another computer or the same comp but new iTunes (empty). I do not think there is any way to get it back. Sorry.
