Why is it wrong to be in the university library every day?

There is this guy who goes to my university, and he is in the school library every day it seems. I don't see anything wrong with it, but these student librarians talk and laugh about him (in his proximity at times). Why do they make such a big deal out of it? I mean, people go to the library every day.Why is it wrong to be in the university library every day?
it might just be adolescent "joshing."

Besides, it is not your problem - it is his if he feels like it is.

You need to chill!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with being in the University Library everyday. Those that laugh at him are probably not as studious and think he is a big nerd that has no life outside of academics. Of course, that could be possible, but it is just as possible that he has a very active Social Life in addition to his being studious. Honestly, I think those that make fun of a studious person that actually care about his/her education and takes time to study and get good grades are immature. Why is it wrong to be in the university library every day?
They are probably commenting more on the lack of social life and extracurriculars more than the actually library problem. If someone was in the library a good bit, but was at a lot of parties, or knew a lot of people, etc. they would probably not talk about them.
Personally, I can't think of anything. Libraries are sanctuaries for those who won't let schooling ever get in the way of their education. As Mahatma Gandhi said, "Live as if you'll die tomorrow, but learn as though you'll live forever."Why is it wrong to be in the university library every day?
i'm hot and i go to the library everyday. they probably feel mighty next to him, especially of they can speak so rudely knowing he can hear them. they are full of it and need to get told something because their is absolutely nothing wrong
PEOPLE HATE AND JUDGE EVERY-DAY, TELL YOUR FRIEND TO KO THEM AND TIE THEM TO THE ROOF :)))
