How do I copy my itunes library from one computer to another?

I have my I tunes library on an old computer. How can I copy all the songs to my new computer. I do have a portable Hard drive/USB powered.



After I copy everything to the new computer will I be able to connect the three i pods me and my kids have and just go on as usual? or will I have to make changes there too?

You will need to put everything in your old iTunes library onto the portable hard-drive and transfer all those files to the new computer.



Then, in the iTunes on the new computer, use File-%26gt;Add New Folder and point iTunes to the folder that has all the files from your old computer.
