Can I move my iTunes Library to another computer using my iPod?

Somehow I changed my iTunes library to a previous library, and it's missing about 200 songs. So, can I just use my iPod to another computer by syncing it? What can I do?Can I move my iTunes Library to another computer using my iPod?
