How do I transfer my itunes library?

How can I transfer my entire itunes library (playlists, playcounts, etc.) from a pc to my new mac? I've seen some tutorials regarding the iTunes music folder, but not all of my songs are in that folder, they seem to be all over the place. I know how to transfer all of my music, but I'd really like my playcounts to be there too. Thanks! How do I transfer my itunes library?

I did this when I had got a laptop and was able to get all of my songs from my old pc to the new one. Open iTunes up and click on advanced and click turn on homesharing. You have to do this on both computers and sign in on the same account. Once you do that, your old library should show up on the side under share I think. Click on that, click edit, click select all so that way you can transfer all songs at once and click import and your good to go.

The bad thing is, it doesn't transfer playlists, ratings, and play counts so even though you'll have all of your songs, it feels like your starting all over again. How do I transfer my itunes library?
put all of your songs onto your ipod and then on your new computer download "senuti" which allows like a couple thousand downloads from your ipod to computer.. PROBLEM SOLVED.
