Is there a difference in clones in a cDNA library between heart and pancreatic cells?

If one were to examine the clones in a cDNA library derived from heart cells and the clones in a cDNA library derived form pancreatic cells, you would find that:

a) the two libraries would have completely different clones from one another?

b) the two libraries would share some common clones, but would each have some clones particular to that library not found in the other

We know cDNA libraries' information is conditional upon the cells it is derived from, but I don't know how different the clones would be (completely different or if some common clones are shared)

Well, think about it. All cell types need to, say, carry our glycolysis, right? And protein synthesis, right? And all those other basic things that all cells need to do to stay alive. Those genes will be expressed in all cell types, so they will be in every cell type library. We call those housekeeping genes.

And then, there will be some genes, that the heart should express, but the liver should not, and vice versa. Those will be unique to some cell types, and not others, and the libraries will reflect that.
