How to sync ipod without deleting songs that arent in my library?

If I sync my ipod to my comp. it automatically syncs it to my library, but if I have songs on my ipod that arent on my itunes how can I make it not delte those songs from ipod when it syncs?How to sync ipod without deleting songs that arent in my library?
Short answer: you can't.

Apple does that so you can't share songs from somebody else's computer onto yours. Even if you lose the other computer (or like what happened to me, your ex takes it with her) it still won't allow you to keep your old files.

Actually...there is a way Becky L...belive me I accidentaly delated ALL of my 260 song...so we called the Apple store and they told us how to fix it!
