How do I get my songs into the iTunes library?

I downloaded a lot of songs to my ipod a while back, so I had a lot of songs in my itunes library. My computer was getting slower so I reset my computer to its original settings. Everything that was on my computer was erased including my downloaded songs. My itunes library is empty. How do I get the songs that are already on my ipod to the itunes library.How do I get my songs into the iTunes library?

I had a Similar problem and you cant do it. the only way you could have gotten songs off your iPod is if you consolidated them first. I know there are some software programs out there that will unlock your iPod so u dont have to deal with these rules and u could take songs from your iPod
